Actual issues with downloading are rare. I use MEGA to host my content. You DO NOT need an account with them to download. The most common issue encountered with downloading is the need to reset the browser cache. If this does not solve the problem then submit a ticket.

Some people like to stream video vs downloading. This is fine, but success will vary due to your connection speed. Also MEGA is located in New Zealand, which is a long transfer for many people. Best to download vs streaming.
